All night time activities on Point aux Chenes WMA, Lake Boeuf are prohibited. This means that you can’t go out at all during the experimental season which begins June 1st and ends Aug 15th when official sunrise occurs unless of course it’s with one of our approved weapons.

The only allowed night time activities are taking frogs and fishing with a rod, reel – it’s not much fun if you don’t have those! All other outlawed acts will get one arrested by law enforcement agencies.

Maine

Fishing is allowed 24 hours a day, but some waters have specific night-time restrictions on when you can fish. It would be wise to check the times before going out so as not get caught by someone else who may also want those spots.

Maryland

The striped bass is a favourite among anglers. It’s illegal to possess them while fishing in the Chesapeake Bay or its tidal tributaries from midnight until 5 am, but that doesn’t mean people aren’t trying. The fish can only be caught between one hour after sunset and before sunrise at Battie Mixon Fishing Hole – where they’re flourishing thanks largely due their perfect water conditions (bright light levels).

Massachusetts

There are no special night fishing regulations for freshwater fish in Massachusetts.

There’s no night fishing law for recreational saltwater fishermen in Massachusetts.

Michigan

The great outdoors has never looked so good! Michigan is a fisherman’s dream with its many lakes and streams. However, there are no night fishing laws to protect you from getting ticketed by local authorities if they spot your rod before bedtime.

Minnesota

This year, get outdoors and take part in trapping. The law allows you to set traps overnight from April 1 – November 30. You can only attend them during one hour before sunrise through an after sunset; but there’s no limit on taking part day-time activities so go ahead with your plan of catching some wild fish while it snows outside this season.

Stream trout fishing is allowed from one hour before sunrise until 11 pm. Angling for these fish on inland waters can be done any time between those times, except when it comes to specified locations within the state! There are also certain exceptions for streams or ditches that have been impounded by construction projects; these waters will allow you to fish during specific hours from February 1st through March 31st – Sunrise to Sunset (8 AM – 5 PM).

Walleye and sauger can be taken from February 20 through April 14 only in the impounded portions of all streams except for those on or adjacent to rivers such as Missouri, Mississippi.

Montana

A new river fishing regulations restriction has been put in place for the Madison River. Allowing you to enjoy your time on this beautiful stretch of water, but not when there’s special event going down.

The rules are as follows: No Fishing Between 2 Pm and Midnight In July 15 Through August 15 Of This Year; You Can Fish Anywhere Unless Otherwise Specified Below About Open Seasons & District Exceptions To Standard Regulations.

Nebraska

In order to protect paddlefish, it is illegal for anyone except licensed hunters with bow and arrow or surface spear gun during the season i e June 1 – 30 from sunrise until sunset. All other fish can be captured by either archery or spear weapons 24 hours a day year-round.

The Missouri River is an excellent spot for fishing, with plenty of fish in the river and lakes that can be caught as well. Permitted activities include snagging paddlefish from Gavin Point Dam downstream to mile marker 734 or Crane Lake’s allowed hours-of day light only policy which means you must leave after 1pm because it gets too dark out there.

Nevada

Night fishing is not regulated by the state of Nevada, but different lakes have their own regulations. North Dakota

If you want to catch some fish, be sure not get too close when fishing at night. The OWLS Pond and State Fair Ponds are closed from 7am until 9pm CT for snag-and release days only.

Ohio

The Ohio Department of Game and Fish has not posted its regulations online as of yet, but this is something that they are working on fixing. Anglers should check with their local authorities or contact them for updates before fishing in any bodies of water within the state.

Oklahoma

Noodling is a great way to find fish during any time of year. There are some places, like in Hefner County or Overholser Reservoir where you can bow fish all day long without restrictions but it’s important that we stay close enough for safety.

Oregon

There are strict laws in place to protect our native salmon and trout. It is illegal for anyone other than licensed fishermen or trappers who have permission from their property owner, during certain hours of day-time (one hour before sunrise until an Hour After Sunset). St Louis Pond & Woodburn Ponds are closed at 1AM – 2PM while Lake Of The Woods allow fishing 24/7 which makes it more difficult on those trying but also gives them plenty time if they want something specific like rainchecks.

The Marine Zone is an open water area for many invertebrate and finfish species, 24 hours per day. Regulation booklets may indicate when it’s closed to fishing depending on the type of fish being caught there or if you’re just looking at one specific location within that zone.

New York

You can check for local rules to see if there is any restriction on when it’s good practice in your area for saltwater night fishing.

For freshwater night fishing, the fishing restrictions in some lakes and tributaries can be pretty strict, so it’s important to check before you go. State wide angling regulations apply for species not listed under special regulations like Lake Erie Tributes where only one half hour prior sunrise until after sunset is allowed as well.

The Oswego County section of the Salmon River and Tributaries is a wonderful place to fish. Permitted only between sunrise until sunset, this means you have all day long if your goal was catching some big ones! From April 1 – August 14 night fishing along Lake Ontario’s shores will be allowed but there are restrictions on when exactly it can happen Players need a map permission slip or permit from DFFA (New York State Department Forest Tradition).

Fishing is prohibited along the Saranac River from Catherine Street bridge upstream to Imperial Dam, Ausable River between D & H Railroad Bridge and Rainbow Falls. In addition, there are protective measures in place for Bouquet Tributary which begins at its mouth on Lake perceptible with first barrier up stream prioritizes near Wadham’s falls

This means that during these periods you cannot fish anywhere within 1/2 hours before sunrise or after sunset unless it’s part of an organized hunt.

When fishing from one-half hour after sunset to before sunrise, you may not catch any fish in the Black River (Jefferson County) unless it’s within Dexter. You can always go upstream as far as Route 180 bridge where there are no restrictions on what types or size of rods and lines that will be used while exploring this beautiful area for its signature freshwater species.

When fishing for salmon on the Salmon River, you can legally take your catch up to one hour before and after sunset. In addition, there are five other lakes that allow netting with dips Indian Lake (except seventh), Fulton Chain (except Seventh), East Caroga Lake & West carpogonia lake.

Pennsylvania

The Special Regulation Areas for Delayed Harvest, Trophy Trout and All Tackle are open year-round to fishing with. There is also an annual catch limit in place which you can’t exceed.

Rhode Island

Rhode Island has no special regulations for night fishing. You may fish at any time during open season, day or night!

South Carolina

I was not aware that South Carolina did not have any regulations related to night fishing. I recommend checking with the local authorities before going out so you don’t get in trouble.

South Dakota

Check with the local authorities and anglers for any regulation that might be in place. In South Dakota, there is no particular law or time for fishing.

Texas

It is advisable that you check local authorities and anglers. There is no certain law and fishing time.

Utah

Ask local authorities and anglers to know more about the fishing time and regulations.

Tennessee

From 1st April through 30th September, fishing with jug lines will be prohibited on Pin Oak Lake in Natchez Trace State Park. There are also special regulations for Dillard Ponds where you can fish from one half-hour before official sunrise to 1/2 hour after sunset – that means there’s always an opportunity.

The TWRA has a wide variety of fishing lakes that are open one-half hour before official sunrise and one-half hour before sunset. The Bridgestone/Firestone centennial wilderness WMA ponds can be used as youth Only permits may fish from these areas during certain hours, but everyone else is welcomed to come enjoy the sport. Garrett lake is opened 24 hours.

Located in Lewisburg, the New Lake is open from one-half hour before official sunrise to 1⁄2 hour after sunset. The Citico Creek area north of Little Citico Creek up until its confluence with North and South Fork allows for fishing during those same times as well–from ½ Hour before sunrise until noon every day.

The Green Cove Pond also allows fishing from ½ hour before official sunrise to half hour after sunset. For trout fishermen in Gatlinburg, there are legal timings that range between one half hour before sun up and one-half hours post sunset – when the biggest fish are usually caught.

Vermont

The legal fishing day is an important time for anglers to avoid fines. It begins at 12:00 midnight and continues until next morning, when it will be illegal again (unless there’s a season on your species). You can take fish without worrying about getting penalized as long as you’re in the right place with open waters or closed seasons but don’t go anywhere near private property because that would definitely result in arrest.

Noyes Pond is the perfect place to go fishing. You can fish at any time during open season, except where a shorter legal day has been specified by General Fishing Regulations and Exceptions or here posted otherwise on signs throughout Seyon’s borders with surrounding lakes that indicate when it would be illegal due darkness arriving before 1 hour after sunset (6pm).

The Connecticut River is a great place to fish, but don’t go out during sunset or before sunrise because it’s closed for 2 hours after that.

Virginia

The bow and arrow are a great way to take common carp, grass carp or northern snakehead. You can also use it at night when you are looking for gar but make sure that your fishing license allows this because they’re not always legal in all areas!

Fishing with a crossbow isn’t limited just about taking fish however; if there’s any type of tide going on than expect some Catfish activity too since these creatures love flowing waters most days.

The Department of Natural Resources has some great fishing spots that you’re allowed to visit 24 hours a day. All it takes is an open water spotted with on-game fish like sucker and carp, but if there are any restrictions on where they exist then please refer back your local law enforcement agency for more information as this cannot replace proper guidance from them about seasonal or specific area limitations.

The Clinch Mountain and Crooked Creek Fee Fishing Area offers excellent fishing from early morning until sunset. This is a great way to get in some time on the water before dark.

Washington

The night closure regulation applies where it’s legal to fish from one hour before the sunrise until an hour after sunset. Other areas and species that do not have specific timings mentioned next them, can still be fished throughout day without restrictions.

West Virginia

The waters of West Virginia are open to night fishing, but some require a permit. Permit requirements vary by location and time period for which you want access; make sure that the area is accessible before going out! If there’s no indications about what rules apply where in this state (or country) then just assume all areas after dark will be off limits unless noted otherwise on signs along roadsides or near streams

The use of “permitted” instead says something more specific – i e children under 12 can still get their permits allowing them daytime entry while Q handicap holders may only enjoy it during day light hours.

Wyoming

The section of the Oconto River from the upstream side of Hwy 141 upstream to the first dam and the section of the Little River upstream from the Oconto River to Hwy 141.

In order to protect our water quality, it is illegal for residents and visitors alike to take rough fish or catfish from September 15 through December 31 in Lake Michigan tributaries including major Green Bay rivers. This includes all other streams and ditches that flow into these larger bodies of water up until they reach one half hour before sunrise on a given day-time hours i e unless otherwise noted by signs placed along their route(s)

The frame dip net can be used all year round without hourly restrictions.
